  1.  Gadgetkart is a retail and online electronics business based in New Delhi. By engaging with us, either through browsing our website, placing an order via Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with any transaction. Our business primarily deals in electronic gadgets and accessories, and each transaction is handled with utmost care and transparency. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud or violating our policies. These terms apply to all customers without exception. Any breach of our terms may result in the cancellation of orders or denial of future services. All communications with Gadgetkart are expected to be respectful and professional. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies continued agreement with our updated terms.
  2.  All products listed for sale by Gadgetkart are genuine, quality-checked, and described to the best of our knowledge. Product availability and pricing may change at any time without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier changes. While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Product descriptions, images, and features are provided for reference; actual products may have minor variations. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. We do not negotiate prices unless a promotional offer is officially declared. Discounts, if available, are for a limited period and subject to change. Accessories or free gifts are provided only if specifically mentioned. Gadgetkart is not responsible for compatibility issues if the customer fails to verify the product's technical requirements before purchase. Customers are advised to confirm product specifications before placing orders.
  3.  We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, bank transfer, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) when available. For COD orders, a small advance payment may be requested to confirm the legitimacy of the order and avoid fake orders. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed in our account. Prepaid payments are preferred and prioritized for faster processing. Any delays caused by failed transactions or incorrect payment details are the responsibility of the buyer. Gadgetkart does not store or share any payment data with third parties, ensuring secure transactions. In case of payment failure, we advise customers to contact us with proof of transaction. Orders placed without full payment or advance (for COD) may be auto-cancelled. In case of duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount after verification within 5–7 working days. By making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all product and return policies.
  4. Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 working days from the date of confirmation and payment receipt. Estimated delivery time may range between 3–7 business days depending on the location and courier partner. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, as they may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays. Gadgetkart is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during shipping after dispatch. Customers are required to provide complete and correct shipping details to avoid delivery issues. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided to the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply. We may use third-party courier services, and we are not liable for their delivery conduct. Customers should inspect their parcel upon arrival and report any damage immediately. We do not offer international shipping unless specifically arranged.

  6. Gadgetkart provides warranty only if mentioned in the product listing. Most branded products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and customers are advised to contact the brand directly for service. For select products, a 6-month seller warranty may be provided by Gadgetkart. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs. Claims under warranty must be supported with purchase proof, invoice, and product photos. In case of seller warranty, buyers must ship the item to us at their own cost for inspection. Gadgetkart does not guarantee replacement or repair under warranty; it is subject to product condition and eligibility. Turnaround time for warranty claims may vary based on part availability. Warranty does not apply if serial number is tampered. Accessories, cables, or freebies are not covered under warranty unless specifically mentioned. Warranty services are provided as a goodwill gesture and are not mandatory.
  7. Order cancellations must be requested before the product is dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. For prepaid orders, cancellation before shipping is allowed but may attract a processing fee of 5% to cover payment gateway charges. Gadgetkart reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete orders without notice. If the customer repeatedly cancels orders or places fake orders, we may restrict further services to them. COD orders that are not accepted at the time of delivery will lead to blacklisting of the customer. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days. Customized or special request orders are non-cancellable. Gadgetkart also holds the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or logistical issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Any cancellation dispute will be resolved only if raised within 24 hours of placing the order.
  8. We take fraud prevention seriously. Any attempt to place fake orders, claim false refunds, or initiate unjustified chargebacks will lead to immediate action. We maintain records of all transactions, addresses, IP logs, and payment proofs. Customers involved in suspicious behavior may be blocked permanently from placing future orders. Gadgetkart reserves the right to report such individuals to legal authorities. Any intentional misuse of our platform, fake claims, or manipulation of product reviews or return systems will not be tolerated. COD orders placed without intention of acceptance will be considered fraud. If a customer receives a product and denies delivery falsely, we may pursue legal recovery or file a case. Gadgetkart has zero tolerance for abusive, misleading, or harassing behavior. We may share user data with law enforcement if fraud is suspected. Our goal is to provide a safe and trusted shopping experience, and protecting our business is a top priority.
  9. Gadgetkart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage that results from your use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profit, or reputation. Our liability in any transaction is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party apps, accessories, or external usage of the product. In the event of any defect, our responsibility is limited to replacement or repair, subject to warranty terms. Any instructions or advice provided is for reference and should be used at the customer’s discretion. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product guidelines. Our business operates under Indian consumer protection law, and our responsibilities are defined within those legal boundaries. No employee or representative is authorized to extend liability beyond these terms. By making a purchase, you accept that you use the product at your own risk.
  10. All disputes arising out of or in connection with Gadgetkart transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. We aim to resolve all issues professionally and fairly through communication. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before taking any legal steps. In case of unresolved complaints, third-party mediation may be considered. All disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery or payment, after which they will not be entertained. Legal notices, if any, must be sent to our registered business address via courier. Any dispute involving fraud, defamation, or threats will be escalated to legal authorities. We are committed to transparency and fairness and expect the same from our customers. Any false accusations or social media defamation without cause may result in a legal counter-notice. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the place of business shall be considered as New Delhi. We do not tolerate false claims or harassment.
  11. Gadgetkart reserves the full right to update, revise, or change any part of these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Customers are expected to review the terms periodically to stay updated. Any changes will be posted on our official website or communicated via our official channels. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms. These terms supersede all previous verbal or written agreements. If any part of these terms is held invalid by law, the remaining provisions will remain enforceable. We may introduce new policies, remove old ones, or revise return/warranty terms as per market and legal requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about the latest terms. We recommend taking a screenshot or saving the current terms for your reference. All updates become effective immediately upon publishing.
